Woman killed, husband injured after speeding car hits them in Pune

A 60-year-old woman was killed and her 63-year-old husband injured after a speeding car reportedly hit them in Pune on Friday. The couple were said to be walking when the car struck them from behind. The victims’ 32-year-old son lodged a complaint with the police, after which the car driver was arrested for rash and negligent driving.
