A video showing several tourists in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh has surfaced online. Many of the tourists can be seen without masks, violating COVID-19 norms. Earlier, pictures from Manali flooded with tourists had gone viral. The Health Ministry had earlier warned against ‘revenge travel’, while highlighting media reports on rising tourist numbers in hill stations.
