Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes’ lawyers argued that she deserves leniency on the grounds that she is a devoted mother with another child on the way. Holmes was found guilty on four counts of wire fraud and conspiracy related to her now-defunct blood-testing startup. She faces sentencing on Friday, which could go up to 20 years in prison for each count.
