The Rajasthan Police has sent a notice to BJP MLA Chandrakanta Meghwal in a five-year-old assault case. Meghwal, who represents the Keshoraipatan assembly constituency, has been asked to appear before the police to cooperate in the investigation. Meghwal is among the BJP MLAs who are camping at a resort in Jaipur ahead of the Rajya Sabha polls.
