Mumbai Police, in a charge sheet filed in connection with the porn videos case, said that businessman Raj Kundra was the “main facilitator” in the case. As per the charge sheet, Kundra sold videos through subscriptions and illegally earned millions from them. Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe were arrested on July 19.
