India has reported 1,225 new COVID-19 cases and 28 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. This comes a day after the country reported 1,233 cases and 31 deaths. India’s COVID-19 death toll reached 5,21,129, while the active cases further declined to 14,307.
