The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) claimed that around 95% of its target population is now fully vaccinated with both the vaccine doses, more than the other cities in the Thane district. NMMC said it has initiated a micro-level vaccination programme, wherein vaccination camps would be set up at housing societies or localities for easier access to people.
