6-year-old Indian origin girl wins UK PM's award for her climate change activism

A six-year-old Indian-origin girl received British Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s ‘Points of Light’ award for her campaigns to raise awareness on climate change. Aleesha Gadhia has so far raised more than £3,000 for the UK-based non-profit ‘Cool Earth’. She has been sending out hundreds of letters and emails to top UK firms, encouraging them to take action over climate change.
