53-yr-old man gets life sentence for raping minor stepdaughter in Maha

A sessions court in Palghar convicted a 53-year-old man for raping his 15-year-old stepdaughter and sentenced him to life in jail. In an FIR filed in 2017, the girl had alleged her step-father continued to rape her even after she became pregnant. Her mother had married the accused after the girl’s father passed away when she was six months old.
