30-yr-old dies as throat slit by kite string while riding bike in Delhi

A 30-year-old man died as his throat was slit by a kite string (Chinese manjha) while he was riding bike on Delhi’s Haiderpur flyover. The string got stuck on his neck and the man tried to untangle it but it was sharp and slit his throat and chest, police said. “Surprise checks…will be conducted to stop manjha sale,” police added.
