17-year-old schoolgirl dies by suicide in Tamil Nadu, 4th such case in 2 weeks

A 17-year-old Class 11 girl from Tamil Nadu’s Virudhunagar reportedly died by suicide on Tuesday. The girl was found hanging at her home and the police said they are investigating the matter and have registered a case in this regard. Earlier, three Class 12 girls had been reported to have died by suicide in Tamil Nadu since July 13.
